Terms & Conditions / Deposit Policy

By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, or engaging with Rich Mind Ink (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments & Deposits

  • All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits go toward the final price of your tattoo on the day of service.

  • No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is received.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Deposits may be transferred ONE time to reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits cover:

  • Artist time

  • Design preparation

  • Missed appointment protection

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in loss of deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation at the artist’s discretion.

Pricing & Design Changes

  • Pricing is based on size, detail, placement, and time required.

  • Final pricing may change if the design is altered from the original agreement.

  • Significant design changes requested on the day of the appointment may require rescheduling and a new deposit.

Health & Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or pregnancy prior to tattooing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.

Artist Rights

  • Artists reserve the right to decline any tattoo request.

  • Disrespectful, inappropriate, or intoxicated behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Aftercare & Healing

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided.

  • Rich Mind Ink is not responsible for healing issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

  • Touch-ups are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated by the artist.

Photography & Marketing

  • By receiving a tattoo, you grant permission for photos or videos of your tattoo to be used for:

    • Portfolio

    • Website

    • Social media

    • Advertising

(If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before your appointment.)

Liability Disclaimer

  • Rich Mind Ink is not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or complications beyond our control.

  • All services are performed with industry-standard safety and sanitation practices.
